TERMS & CONDITIONS This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and AFSC and outlines the rules and conditions under which AFSC provides access to its website and services through www.afsc.org.in (the “Web Portal”). ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using this Web Portal or any services and content provided by AFSC, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement without any modifications. By using the platform, you confirm that: You are at least 21 years of age, or You have proper consent from a parent or legal guardian, and You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws. Continued use of the Web Portal after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. However, no online transmission is completely secure. Any data shared with AFSC is done at your own risk. AFSC will take commercially reasonable steps to safeguard your information. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 The place of arbitration will be Delhi, India Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction The prevailing party in legal proceedings may recover reasonable legal costs. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and service terms, constitutes the complete agreement between you and AFSC, replacing any prior agreements. WAIVER & SEVERABILITY Failure by AFSC to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive its rights. If any provision is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect.
