We understand that plans can change. Our refund structure for venue bookings is as follows:

Within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund of venue charges.

49 to 96 hours after booking: 50% refund of venue charges.

4 to 9 days prior to the event: 25% refund of venue charges.

Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.

Refund Options
Members entitled to a refund may choose to receive payment via a New Delhi cheque (payable at all drawer bank branches) or transfer the balance directly to their bank account. Alternatively, funds can be maintained as an interest-free credit for future use or applied toward membership dues.
